Candidates for Membership

The Rho Rho Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International would like your assistance identifying possible candidates for membership in the category of Nurse Leader. Recognizing that honor society membership was not available to many of today’s outstanding nurse leaders and scholars, the society created the "nurse leader" membership category to honor these individuals for their achievements and contributions to nursing. Candidates are eligible for membership if they hold a minimum of a baccalaureate degree and have demonstrated marked achievement in nursing in at least one of the following areas: education, research, practice, administration or publication.

Applications may be obtained from Colleen Kiberd at 494-2498 or colleen.kiberd@dal.ca. The Eligibility Committee will review all applications and those applicants who meet the criteria will be presented to the board of directors for a vote of acceptance. Invitations to join will be mailed soon after that time.
