Chartering Ceremony - A Historical Event
The Chartering Ceremony was held on April 30, 2002 at the Westin Nova Scotian Hotel. Dr. Heather Clarke, the installing officer, inducted 139 individuals as members of Rho Rho chapter. Fourteen special guests from the University and nursing community attended this event.
